Founded in 2004, YuvaSrushti is a movement for youth development that blends inner growth with practical skills. Our programs are designed for students and young people we focus on youth leadership development through experiential camps, leadership programs, spiritual training, and robotics education so participants discover confidence, clarity, and purpose. We believe every child carries vast, untapped potential. By creating safe, challenging, and supportive environments, we help young leaders unfold their strengths naturally – building leadership skills, life-ready abilities, and a deep sense of responsibility to community. Through carefully crafted experiential experiences and hands-on activities – combined with inner-awareness training and modern STEM exposure – we prepare young people not just for exams, but for life. To date, YuvaSrushti has conducted 152 transformational camps (2004–present), positively impacting thousands of students and individuals across our programs.

Harshad Shah
LifeGuru, the founder of YuvaSrushti, is an educator and visionary who has combined scientific study, psychological insight, and experiential pedagogy to nurture young people. He has dedicated his career to creating programs that build leadership skills, emotional resilience, and practical competencies in students and youth.
He also founded Rancho Gurukul School, an innovative school blending ancient Gurukul wisdom with modern curriculum, robotics training, leadership development, and experiential learning. Rancho Gurukul’s approach focuses on educating the whole person—students gain both academic skills and character strengths like courage, clarity, creativity, and responsibility.
Guided by his own teacher, Rishi Prabhakar Ji, LifeGuru integrates spiritual wisdom with evidence-informed methods to produce transformation in young leaders—preparing them to contribute positively to their communities and to life.
