🚆 Travel & Stay
• Travel by 3rd AC train for scheduled legs (Pune – Mumbai – Gorakhpur – Mumbai – Pune). Exact train numbers and timings will be provided at booking; please confirm availability before you book.
• Entire Nepal journey conducted by private luxury bus with experienced drivers — comfortable transfers between cities, trailheads and base camp locations. Cross-border procedures and rest stops are included in the trip plan.
• Accommodation: a mix of 3★ hotels for city stays and authentic Himalayan homestays in mountain villages to give participants real cultural exposure. Sleeping arrangements and partner details will be shared in the pre-departure pack.
• Trek support: every trekking group will have a Special Gorkha guide plus local porters as needed for luggage to and from base camp and campsites. Guides are experienced with these trails and acclimatization practices to keep participants safe at higher altitude sections.
• Meals: Pure vegetarian Satvik meals are provided throughout the camp (three meals a day plus snacks). We can accommodate common dietary restrictions—please notify us at booking so meals can be planned.
Practical notes for parents & participants
• Itinerary: travel days will include border crossing formalities; we provide a day-by-day itinerary with departure/arrival windows after booking. The trek portions include planned base camp stays and campsite nights on selected days.
• Safety & medical: staff:child supervision ratios, certified first-aid responders, and a complete medical kit are standard. We follow altitude-aware pacing to reduce altitude-related risk; evacuation plans and nearest medical facilities are part of the safety brief.
• What’s provided vs. what to bring: group gear, porters for shared luggage, meals and guided trek leadership are provided. Participants should bring personal items listed in the packing list (trekking shoes, layers, water bottle, small daypack). A full packing checklist and recommended trekking shoes brands/types will be supplied at booking.
• Booking: to book a participant we require a deposit and completed consent/medical forms; full booking instructions are sent when you express interest. For any trip-specific queries (meals, altitude, participants) contact us and we’ll send the detailed itinerary and safety pack.

• Manakamana Devi Temple ropeway experience, Gupteshwar Mahadev cave visit and Davis Falls — short cultural and nature stops with easy walking suitable for the group.

🐘 Chitwan Jungle & Wildlife Experience
• Chitwan jungle safari — guided wildlife viewing (park permits and methods depend on the season); we work with certified naturalists to maximize safe wildlife encounters.
• Jungle walks with expert naturalists, visit to the Elephant Breeding Center, canoe rides and a Tharu cultural interaction — hands-on nature learning that connects kids with local ecology and conservation.

• River rafting on the Upper Seti River — professionally guided, suitable for beginners and supervised with certified instructors; water-safety briefings and life jackets provided (grade/season dependent).
• Himalayan trekking — graded day treks and multi-day sections across scenic trails, meadows and forested stretches, with planned base camp and campsite nights to teach pacing, navigation basics and trekking skills.
• Jungle exploration in Chitwan — guided walks and canoe rides with expert naturalists to learn about local wildlife, conservation and river ecosystems.
• Campfire evenings & team-bonding activities — structured group challenges, reflective circles and games designed to build teamwork, resilience and practical leadership.

Price includes:

Payment & booking
To reserve a place, a deposit is required at booking; remaining payment is due by the date specified in the booking confirmation. Book early — limited 42 seats are available and allocations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking includes participant forms, consent & medical details; full pre-camp information (packing list, recommended trekking shoes, safety pack and daily schedule) is sent after confirmation.
Refunds, insurance & safety
Price does not automatically include travel insurance or visa fees—participants must arrange appropriate travel/medical insurance and visa if applicable. Our cancellation and refund policy, plus details on emergency support and altitude procedures, are provided at the time of booking. For safety, we maintain trained staff, certified guides and an evacuation plan for any medical contingency.
